So there are blue belts and there are BLUE belts...if this particular combination has caught your eye I am not surprised as it is really quite unusual piece. This belt has been crafted from a leather we discovered a couple of years back and after first experimenting with more neutral metallic tones decided that this year it was time to take things a step further and add some real colour! So this season we give you a vibrant metallic Royal Blue finish framed against a matt black background. It makes for a truly distinctive belt that will bring any outfit to life in a really contemporary, stylish fashion. When choosing a buckle we opted firstly for a gunmetal finish that would combine with the black elements of the leather, thus creating a semi-tonal look that is quite different and innovative. The buckle design is both discreet whilst at the same time highly original - it's open frame design allows the leather colour to show through whilst the exterior frame has neat corner details and a slimline profile that keeps it flush to the belt. The end result is a belt that is certainly distinctive - whether worn on denim or used in a more contemporary way on black or blue - not your average blue belt!
